Day 7. After today, week one will be over. Can you believe it? If you’ve been hitting your word count goal every day, that means you should have 11,669 words at the end of today. Shocking how quickly they add up when you hit your stride, isn’t it?

Inkygirl is spot on with her fresh insight into the writing life and she helps us all remember something very important: YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS. Every writer feels the same way, so take a deep breath, let it out, and start again.

Edited to add: It looks like she might also be posting little tidbits for NaNoWriMo writers. Maybe it wouldn’t be SO bad to read her once or twice a week, just keep your fingers off the archives. For now.
