I follow a lot of blogs and I have plenty listed down the left hand side of this page, but I want to know – who do you think is just amazing that you wish more people knew about? This doesn’t have to be just writers and book bloggers, agents or editors, anyone will do. Who stands out to you and why do you love following them? Call this a Pimp Your Friends post. Fill the comments with ridiculously cool people.
And while you’re at it, how about forums you love to post on? I am a constant poster over at Nathan Bransford’s forums, and I’ve flirted with a few others but I haven’t found any that has the great chemistry NB’s forum has. I’m always looking for something new, so lay it on me. Where do you love to procrastinate?

Most of what I return to all the time is already on your list, Sommer, but I noticed a distinct lack of Tahereh Mafi there. It surprised me! She’s fairly well known around the blogosphere, mostly because she’s hilarious.
Otherwise, you’ve got Margo on your sidebar. And Hyperbole and a Half. I don’t see what’s to add after these. ^^
I will check out Tahereh Mafi! I have never heard of her before. But I tend to go through cycles of reading just a few beloved blogs to searching for something new and then back to keeping to my little corner of the blogosphere.
Also, I am always telling people when you read Margo what else could you possibly want?

I don’t read too many blogs, though I wish I read more. I need to find a better way of keeping up with blog updates than just going down my left sidebar every day. I tried google reader and didn’t really like it though. Must find something else.
i know you don’t use blogger- but i use the blogger dashboard, and i think it’s awesome! but it doesn’t do wordpress blogs (it does yours- i’m not sure what yours is) so i have those emailed to my account.
